What You Will Do:

• Manage employees who are responsible for development projects, development teams, and application support functions.
• Oversee application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation, and maintenance of application programs.
• Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
• Analyze applications to ensure that all systems developed meet business needs and specifications.
• Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.

What Skills You Will Have:

Talent Management: Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results.

Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to enlist others in achieving objectives.

IT Service Management (ITSM): Knowledge of IT service management; ability to manage IT services and oversee operations.

Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services.

What You Will Have:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor degree, preferably in IT areas.

• Language: Pre-advanced English.

What You May Have:

Previous experience in leadership positions.

Knowledge of technologies such as mainframe, Cobol, JCL, DP2, IMS.

Additional Information:

Travel requirement: less than 10% of the time.
