Position Summary

They prepare, adjust and operate a lathe or CNC for machining metal and plastic parts. They inspect, bell the finished parts and make the necessary notes in the O.S. Perform rotor balancing. Perform 6 S on your desktop. Operate forklifts when needed.

Essential Responsibilities

They machine parts in stainless steel, cast iron and carbon steel, plastic. Perform part inspections. After the piece is ready, they inspect, and make the necessary notes on the O.S. If the piece is OK, they perform the finishing operations and make notes on the O.S. following ET 024 and 034. They are responsible for quality control and transferring the traceability number for the parts they produce. Quality control is carried out through measurement or visual inspection. For traceable parts (ET-0195), they transfer the traceability number to the O.S.

Position Requirements

Machining knowledge specifically on lathe, measuring instruments, balancing machine and sander. High school + technical.
