The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for driving key operational initiatives aimed at improving cost savings, optimizing manufacturing processes, and enhancing the efficiency of storage, warehousing, and inventory management within the LATAM region. This role will support data collation and analysis, network design, and execution, along with leading cost-saving efforts and implementing new network designs and system deployments. Additionally, the Logistics Supervisor will support RFP launches, collaborate with cross-functional teams, be the go-to person for system tests (SAP, BPCS, and D365) and deliver results that align with strategic objectives.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

  • Work with each 3PL partner in the Latam region to align WH capacity with business needs within the LATAM region, complying with local sanitary standards and Solventum’s internal policies.
  • Work with each 3PL partner and cross-functional teams aiming to optimize logistic processes and achieve cost savings in Transportation, Warehouse, and Logistic Processes.
  • Work with selected 3PL partner to assure compliance with agreed service levels and metrics.
  • Be an ERP Super user on SAP / BPCS and MS Dynamics, to be able to track and trace the day-to-day operation in all countries.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Logistics experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in logistics software and technology solutions.
