Responsibilities:
- Oversee outbound operations, B2B, B2C, and e-commerce transportation for computers and data centers.
- Manage logistics operations, including contract logistics with 3PL (logistics providers), cost management, logistics provision, and finance planning.
- Ensure compliance with SLA (On-Time Delivery), RFI, and RFQ management shared with Lenovo and Motorola.
- Organize and monitor supply and distribution of goods, manage the entire order cycle, and coordinate logistics interface with warehouses.
- Maintain strong coordination in outbound transport/distribution and customer service, liaising with retailers and logistics providers.
- Check the quality and quantity of goods' packaging; catalog goods and process shipments; comply with ISO regulations and related laws.
- Drive AI/BT/Innovation-oriented expansion of e-commerce operations with a global logistics team, reporting to “vertical” in the USA and China.
- Perform logistics operational analysis and consultation work for the Global Logistics Team headquartered in China and the United States.
- Develop transport operations policies and procedures and communicate information to staff.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
- Coordinate shipping dates with suppliers to maintain delivery schedules.
- Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials.
- Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles such as aircraft and ground transportation.
Requirements:
- Successful record of logistics management and distribution.
- Demonstrable ability to manage a whole team.
- Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
- A degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in Project Savings, Cost Avoidance, and P&L management.
- Knowledge in TMS – Transportation Management System or proficiency in logistics software.
