Job Description

Develop, maintain, lead and measure Expeditors' product and service deliverables to satisfy the specific needs of a Customer Account(s). Continually seek opportunities for service enhancement and improved tactical management. Increase our share of customer business on an annual basis.

SCOPE OF POSITION

To create a unique Expeditors customer experience through total ownership of and accountability to:

  1. Understand global customers' profile, needs and expectations.
  2. Retain existing business and continuous pursuit of global business development.
  3. Create a strategic and mutually beneficial relationship for Expeditors with the customer worldwide.

Qualifications

  1. University or equivalent business qualifications.
  2. Minimum 3 years Expeditors or industry experience (freight forwarding).
  3. Knowledge of Expeditors products and services.
  4. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  5. Strong analytical skills.
  6. Ability to perform and meet KPI requirements.
  7. Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  8. Charismatic with an ability to connect.
  9. Proficient in Portuguese and English language.
  10. Knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is desirable.
