KVALITO Life Science Consultant, Workday Integration Expert

Location: Remote/ South America - based

Mission:
As a Workday Integration Expert, your core mission is to lead and drive integration design, prototyping, and deployment activities as part of a Human Capital Management (HCM) program. This role involves working with stakeholders and development teams to design robust, compliant, and efficient solutions that support the seamless integration of Workday HCM with legacy systems (SAP ERP HCM) and third-party applications. You will play a critical role in transforming the company's HR technology ecosystem by ensuring smooth transitions and operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the collection and documentation of User Requirement Specifications (URS) in collaboration with business stakeholders and project management.
• Conduct alignment sessions, secure approvals, and generate sample files for integration solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for integration design topics.
• Architect and prototype integration solutions based on URS.
• Review design specifications to align with program management standards.
• Coordinate with development teams across IT Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for design, build, and testing phases.
• Prepare and maintain key documentation, including As-Is integration inventory, To-Be integration landscape, and integration strategies.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and detailed solution designs.
• Drive design, prototyping, build, testing, and cutover activities within project timelines.
• Collaborate with AMS Factory Services and other IT teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage required changes to legacy and third-party applications as part of the HCM program.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Workday HCM (with a focus on Payroll Integrations).
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP HCM and legacy system integrations.
• Expertise in integration design, prototyping, and deployment.
• Ability to create comprehensive integration documentation (URS, test scripts, and functional specifications).
• Demonstrated ability to lead integration sessions and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional, global teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
