Job Description:
1. Constantly checking the use of PPE and safety conditions;
2. Leading the team; Distributing tasks to the team and assessing productivity; Ensuring performance and behavioral feedback; Guiding staff on special customer standards;
3. Coordinating loading and unloading; Providing support during loading, assessing vehicle conditions, assembly teams, guiding drivers and supervising areas;
4. Ensuring cleanliness and order in the workplace; Ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the internal and external yard; Reporting accidents and incidents in accordance with safety procedures;
5. Checking and ensuring the availability of equipment (pallet trucks, RFTs, forklifts, etc.) and infrastructure (layout, identification, preventive maintenance, etc.);
6. Filling in area documentation; Actively participating in inventory activities; Ensuring that safety briefings are carried out;
Job requirements:
1. Completed bachelor degree or on going status
2. Experience in managing people and operational teams, with a focus on safety, quality and productivity;
3. Experience in leading direct and indirect teams, ensuring not only compliance with people management processes, but being close to all levels as a disseminator of our cultural principles'
4. Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PPT and other office software;
5. Availability to work shifts in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
