Job Title : Contracts Analyst

Job Summary :

LatamCent.com is looking for a Contracts Analyst / Legal Consultant to manage and oversee contracts and legal documents for our staffing and recruiting operations. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with regional and international laws.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise on legal issues related to contracts and agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in contract law, particularly within Latin America and the U.S.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
• 12-24 hour turnaround; though you can choose your hours, it's important to maintain speed and efficiency.
