The Lease Analyst is responsible for understanding, collaborating, developing and executing upon client specific plans of action, in conjunction with team members to ensure quality, efficiency and exceptional service in all aspects of Lease Administration.

This position reports directly to the Manager of Lease Administration and is a Remote position.

How you'll make a difference:

1. Review, abstract and process commercial leases and related documents
2. Perform data entry, validation and management of lease documents
3. Process change requests
4. Track and resolve low-mid-level issues and escalate high-level issues
5. Monitor landlord communications and processing of invoices
6. Verify lease compliance, mathematical accuracy, and industry alignment of expenses
7. Identify potential compliance issues to present to client or supervisor
8. Reconcile and address outstanding financial balances
9. Calculate, bill, and track third-party tenant pass-throughs and year end reconciliations
10. Manage accounts receivable collection
11. Participate in special projects as needed
12. Act as a liaison in improving and maintaining the value provided on the part of the organization for the Client’s real estate needs
13. Suggest systems, procedures, and/or processes that would enhance productivity and quality of the department
14. Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring to the table:

1. Experience with commercial property management, or related experience
2. Fluent/Advanced English skills
3. AP/AR experience preferred
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of audiences at different levels and with different backgrounds
5. Works well in both a team environment and independently
6. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
7. Familiarity with industry best practices
8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/clients simultaneously and readily adapt to changing priorities
9. Ability to navigate through multiple software/platforms to complete tasks
10. Ability to clearly articulate client requests to service providers in the field
11. Ability to arrive at scheduled times and be ready to fulfill duties
12. Familiarity with facility maintenance or real estate is a plus

Preferred Skills:

1. Lease Administration software experience preferred
2. Lease abstraction experience preferred
3. Desktop audit for year-end reconciliation experience preferred
