Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing for technology companies.
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation, especially through cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound marketing.
  • Strong experience in SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Ads), and remarketing to drive lead acquisition.
  • Ability to craft compelling copy and messaging that aligns with the brand’s tone and attracts potential clients.
  • Experience in creating marketing and sales enablement materials (case studies, one-pagers, brochures, landing pages, whitepapers).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize key lead generation metrics (conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline growth, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and nurturing.
  • Advanced English proficiency with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads) and best practices for B2B lead generation.
  • Strong research skills to identify and qualify high-value leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire and nurture B2B clients in the IT consulting industry.
  • Create and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, content marketing, paid ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Utilize SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to enhance visibility and attract the right audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify target prospects, industries, and trends for effective lead acquisition.
  • Optimize marketing and sales materials to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance to refine strategies and increase ROI.
  • Manage and update lead data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up processes.

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Experience with B2B marketing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency with Dynamics 365 CRM for lead tracking and automation.
