REQUIREMENTS :

  • 4+ years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing for technology companies.
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation, especially through cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound marketing.
  • Strong experience in SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Ads), and remarketing to drive lead acquisition.
  • Ability to craft compelling copy and messaging that aligns with the brand’s tone and attracts potential clients.
  • Experience in creating marketing and sales enablement materials (case studies, one-pagers, brochures, landing pages, whitepapers).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize key lead generation metrics (conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline growth, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and nurturing.
  • Advanced English proficiency with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads) and best practices for B2B lead generation.
  • Strong research skills to identify and qualify high-value leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire and nurture B2B clients in the IT consulting industry.
  2. Create and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, content marketing, paid ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
  3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel and improve lead conversion rates.
  4. Utilize SEO, PPC, and social media advertising to enhance visibility and attract the right audience.
  5. Conduct market research to identify target prospects, industries, and trends for effective lead acquisition.
  6. Optimize marketing and sales materials to improve engagement and conversion.
  7. Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance to refine strategies and increase ROI.
  8. Manage and update lead data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up processes.

WILL BE A PLUS :

  • Experience with B2B marketing principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency with Dynamics 365 CRM for lead tracking and automation.
