OVERVIEW AND MAIN FUNCTIONS

We are looking for a LATAM Talent Management Specialist to join our team.

Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to the LATAM Talent Management Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the Talent Management processes and projects for LATAM, and supporting countries.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage and conduct the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, including job descriptions, skills matrix development, interviews, psychometric testing, technical assessments, and leadership training.
  2. Manage and facilitate the Internal Job Posting Program to ensure career growth and opportunities within the organization.
  3. Implement and manage the Employee Onboarding Process for DW and NDW.
  4. Conduct People Development initiatives, including 180º assessments, digital training and workshops, IDP, etc.
  5. Develop and lead Mentoring and Executive Coaching Programs to support leadership development.
  6. Promote and integrate Prysmian’s culture, values, leadership model and competencies within the organization’s processes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a worker with the following skills:

  • Professional in Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
  • 2 to 3 years working in Human Resources with Talent Management processes (selection, onboarding, performance, and development), preferably in a manufacturing and multinational company.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection process, performance management and talent development process, training methodologies, onboarding process, Leadership and Culture, and Change Management.
  • Ability to conduct competency-based interviews, adult training, feedback & feedforward, and develop leadership skills.
