Aon is looking for a Solution Lines Chief Operating Officer, LATAM. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Solution Lines (SL) in Latam. As a Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will report directly to the Regional COO Latam and Global Solution Lines COOs, collaborating with the ABS Regional / Global community and Regional SL Leaders.

Your impact as a COO will represent Latam in global strategic discussions with Global Solution Line COOs to support the design and implementation of the solution line growth strategy in the region. The SL COO will collaborate with country COOs and the Regional Strategy & Implementation Leader to develop the SL capabilities, creating a roadmap considering local market dynamics and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Working on the strategic vision and consistent operating model by SL at the region/sub-region level;
2. Looking for and implementing best-in-class services consistent with global priorities;
3. Driving growth, innovation, performance standards, and capability building;
4. Connecting, proposing, and implementing best practices, innovation, and solutions by SL;
5. Collaborating with regional SL teams to ensure clients receive solutions that exceed and meet their needs;
6. Raising demands from regional SL leaders and subregions related to operations, platforms, tools, communicating to Regional COO and SL COOs looking for solutions;
7. Implementing and maintaining accountability for KPIs, reports, and strategic plans to measure progress and performance, looking for continuous improvement;
8. Converting strategic objectives into actionable plans, working with Subregional COOs to implement and meet the goals;
9. Managing, leading, and coaching the team to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, development, and performance;
10. Building inclusive and diverse teams;
11. Fostering a culture in which all employees are valued and heard;
12. Motivating and inspiring others, creating an environment for continuous learning and connection;
13. Ensuring and maintaining a satisfactory competitive position within the industry.
