Dow has an exciting opportunity for a LATAM Regional Inclusion Diversity & Equity (ID&E) and Employee Experience (EX) Leader, based in São Paulo (BRA). This role supports the enterprise ID&E and EX strategies through effective championing and implementation across the Latin America region. The Regional Leader also designs and leads the regional ID&E approach.
The successful candidate will be a core member of the Office of Inclusion with accountability to the Chief Inclusion Officer, Corporate Director of Inclusion, and LATAM Leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Be the voice of the region (VoR) into the global ID&E and EX strategies and an extension of the enterprise strategy back to the region, ensuring relevance, translation, and effective implementation across the region.
Define a regional plan/approach that aligns with the enterprise strategy and addresses the regional ID&E and EX needs.
Be an active participant on the Office of Inclusion team and the EX Core team to stay updated, leverage best practices and provide input on priorities.
Provide project leadership on enterprise-level ID&E priorities and/or projects.
Work closely with business, functional and country/geo focal points to implement and coordinate ID&E and EX initiatives within the region.
Provide expertise and support to regional members of the President’s, Senior Leader and Joint Inclusion Councils.
Partner with regional HR to infuse inclusion, diversity and equity into people policies and practices.
Collaborate with HR and ERGs in the region on inclusion interventions that lead to measurable results and long-term behavior change.
Partner with regional Purchasing organization and Supplier Diversity Leader to ensure expectations around Dow’s spend and support with diverse suppliers are met.
Serve as the Office of Inclusion's point of interface for employee resource groups (ERGs) in the region and ensure their programming aligns with the overall ID&E strategy. Drive ERG engagement and promote collaboration across the ERGs to drive success on the ERG agenda and priorities.
Operate as the Office of Inclusion's resident expert for a particular diversity dimension to follow issues, interests, trends, and best practices and elevate for action, as appropriate.
Serve as a focal point for the regional Inclusion focal points and the EX change champion community.
Establish, own and directly manage relationship support for external ID&E partnerships.
Represent Dow externally consistent with the region’s ID&E outreach, philanthropy, corporate responsibility and thought leadership initiatives.
Foster an environment of inclusion and positive EX within the region that is recognized internally and externally as a place that people want to work.
Coordinate activities between ID&E, EX and other relevant stakeholders to gain greater results and impact.
Track and measure regional ID&E outcomes and impact aligned with the corporate ID&E scorecard and EX metrics; ensure key stakeholders are aware and accountable for the journey.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
8+ years of relevant experience is required.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time.
Experience working in ERGs, ID&E, EX, in any capacity.
Fluent Portuguese Level.
Fluent English Level.
Advanced Spanish Level.
Your Skills:
Demonstrated leadership in ID&E, EX, and change/transformational activities.
Experience leading or supporting large programs and strategic initiatives.
Experience shaping strategies and implementing key solutions.
Solid project management and change management skills.
Fluent and adaptive communicator at different levels of the organization.
