StautRH and Kestria Brasil - EXECUTIVE SEARCH DIVISION, in partnership with an international company specializing in the distribution and marketing of PETROCHEMICALS and POLYPROPYLENE, with a focus on business expansion in Brazil and Latin America, is seeking a professional for the position of LATAM Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development: Opening new clients and expanding the polypropylene operation in Brazil;
  2. Strategic Account Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with medium and large accounts in the LATAM region, focusing on the sale of petrochemicals, especially polypropylene;
  3. Sales Management: Responsible for the entire sales process, from the order to the delivery of the material;
  4. Commercial Planning: Defining, implementing and managing commercial plans to achieve sales targets and financial results;
  5. Market Analysis: Monitoring the LATAM market, identifying new opportunities, trends and risks, adjusting strategies as necessary;
  6. Customer Relations: Acting as a point of contact, promoting relationships of trust and loyalty;
  7. Strategic Negotiations: Make presentations and negotiations with executives and decision-makers;
  8. Global Coordination: Participate in global meetings with company representatives to find solutions for Latin America and prioritize activities in global planning;
  9. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring sales KPIs, distribution volume and financial performance, adjusting strategies when necessary;
  10. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining a network of partnerships with distributors, suppliers and customers, focusing on trust and credibility;
  11. Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, prices and competitor performance to adjust strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry or related areas;
  2. Fluent English and Advanced Spanish;
  3. Experience in B2B sales in the petrochemical sector (knowledge of polypropylene would be a plus);
  4. Management of large accounts, preferably in the LATAM region;
  5. Negotiating and building long-term partnerships;
  6. Knowledge of distribution dynamics and the petrochemicals market.
