Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Labor Management Analyst for our Guarulhos-based Warehouse office. As a Labor Management Partner at SHEIN, you will work with different leaders to leverage your expertise, helping them build up a stronger team. You will be responsible for the full management cycle for various business groups including logistics, warehouse as well as functional team.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate daily with partner recruitment agencies and the SHEIN operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of processes.
Ensure that all activities strictly adhere to Brazilian labor laws, promoting best practices and compliance.
Participate in planning meetings to align workforce demands.
Support the organization and execution of onboarding processes for new employees in partnership with the administrative team.
Manage supplier payment requests, ensuring accuracy and promptly resolving issues.
Prepare detailed reports on compliance and other operational activities to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
Experience in HR operations or related areas focused on logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on HR tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
