Job Overview:

In this role, you will contribute to the development of talent across the organization, ensuring that learning programs are effective and aligned with Company’s commitment to employees’ growth.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Support local, regional, and global trainings;
2. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as scheduling, materials preparation, and communication;
3. Control training hours and participation in training sessions;
4. Manage the LMS platform (SamsungU) and train employees and managers on how to use it for their development;
5. Develop and distribute post-training surveys or assessments to gather feedback from participants;
6. Analyze feedback to measure training outcomes and identify areas for enhancement;
7. Identify specific training needs by analyzing employees’ IDPs;
8. Manage on-demand trainings;
9. Handle payments, contracts, and L&D vendors’ management;
10. Plan and execute Internship Program development/training program;
11. Support onboarding presentations;
12. Manage English programs;
13. Plan, approve, and execute the L&D budget for the year;
14. Stay updated on the latest trends in learning.

Background & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;

Previous experience in the learning & development area is a plus;

Advanced English proficiency;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PPT).
