Team Overview

Our Sales team is essential to driving growth and ensuring the success of our business operations. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing sales team and executing commercial strategies to expand our client base and foster long-term partnerships. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the acquisition and growth of new clients, ensuring the delivery of personalized, effective solutions, and contributing to the overall business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and operational excellence, all while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing our Acquisition and Engagement strategy with our Big Accounts Partners.
• Ensuring successful business expansion.
• Defining Sales Strategic Planning.
• Managing Sales Targets to guarantee achievements.
• Using Data Analytics to better define action plans.
• Having in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors.
• Establishing and strengthening solid relationships across various areas.
• Creating long-term relationships with strong results-driven.

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position in Sales (B2B) - seniority will be evaluated in the selection process.
• Emotional intelligence, resilience, communication, teamwork, critical thinking, decision making, results-driven, and organization.
• Experience with marketplaces in which it is necessary to form a partnership with an external client and offer it to the user.
• Strong ability to build relationships and negotiation skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Advanced English.
