Help our Software Engineers to find new projects within AgileEngine;
Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);
Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.
Must haves
You worked or passed courses in IT Recruitment or HR;
1+ years of prior experience in IT company;
Highly developed listening and communication skills;
You are an energetic, proactive, and very well-organized person;
Upper-Intermediate level of English and above;
Great attention to detail.
Nice to haves
You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
You have strong GTD skills.
