What you will do

1. Help our Software Engineers to find new projects within AgileEngine;
2. Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);
3. Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
4. Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
5. Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.

Must haves

1. You worked or passed courses in IT Recruitment or HR;
2. 1+ years of prior experience in IT company;
3. Highly developed listening and communication skills;
4. You are an energetic, proactive, and very well-organized person;
5. Upper-Intermediate level of English and above;
6. Great attention to detail.

Nice to haves

1. You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
2. You have strong GTD skills.
