We are looking for a candidate for the position of Junior FMS Projects Analyst.
The candidate will be part of the installation and validation team operating in the company's Brazil office, and will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in this area of activity.
In particular, the figure in question will be responsible for the following activities:
- Configuration, calibration and hardware installation, to be carried out in the office laboratory and on the customer's premises.
- Assessment of technical requirements and monitoring of the assembly of infrastructure (civil, electrical, network, automation) in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding user requirements, risk assessment, traceability matrix, Gantt chart, activity list, project schedule, creation of specifications and validation documents, interpretation and creation of technical documentation (network diagrams, electrical schematics).
- Installation and configuration of software on a corporate network.
- Integration of systems into the client's domain.
- Project management activities in accordance with PMI recommended practices.
- Validation of computerized systems.
- Technical support for customers: Demonstrations, maintenance, troubleshooting, reports, specific training, both remotely and in the field.
- Collaboration with the Calibration Department to support scheduled activities in the office and in the field during peak workloads.
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; a diploma from any Technical Institute related to these areas will also be considered as a requirement, as long as the candidate has 5 years of professional experience in the role.
- More than 2 years of proven professional experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of IT networks, creation and configuration of virtual machines, VNC, DameWare, VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V, domain controllers, domain policy, domain integration, PowerShell scripts, CAD, TeamViewer, Office365.
- It is necessary to be available to work in several different regions of Brazil.
- Good knowledge of English, written and oral, is required; Knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage.
- Previous professional experience in the life sciences industry will be an advantage.
- Availability to travel 40%.
