Your mission:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all business aspects related to your assigned accounts, ensuring the successful execution of the beverages and gazpacho strategy. You will act as the primary external contact for the customer’s purchasing team while also supporting the manager in communications with the Sector team. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will play a crucial role in influencing a multi-functional team—including Demand Acceleration, Revenue, Category Management, Supply Chain, and others—to achieve annual business objectives.

Please note this is a temporary position with a duration of 1 year.

Responsibilities

Your day to day with us:

  • Manage the core account relationship with a major beverage and gazpacho client, serving as the primary contact for their purchasing team to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of annual customer negotiations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide strategic support to connect the local team with the international sales organization, enabling the development of a world-class customer engagement plan.
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Demand Excellence, Revenue, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations and goal achievement.
  • Analyze sales performance and market opportunities to identify growth areas and optimize product assortment and positioning.
  • Oversee in-store execution, working closely with retailers to maximize brand visibility, competitive positioning, and overall impact.

Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?

  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales and managing complex customer relationships.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Business and financial acumen, with a strategic mindset and focus on execution excellence.
  • Problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex issues between customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools (SFA, Nielsen) to generate actionable insights.
