About the vacancy:

Initially, the hired professional will undergo a Job Rotation in technical and logistics implementations in different regions of Brazil and South America. This stage aims to provide technical experience in Solinftec products, enabling a deep understanding of our solutions. At the end of the Job Rotation, the professional will assume a position in the Goiânia-GO region.

Responsibilities and assignments

Management and implementation of technical (hardware and software) and logistical (software and applications) projects aimed at the agricultural sector, focusing on customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support the creation of action plans based on the analysis of customer and market indicators.
Direct and periodically communicate with those involved about the progress and actions of the projects.
Support customers by providing data analysis and training to ensure the best use of our solutions.
Conduct remote and in-person training, as well as alignment meetings with customers.
Stay up to date with the company’s solutions and developments.
Foster cooperation with internal and external customers.

Requirements and qualifications

Necessary Requirements:

Higher education in the field of Exact Sciences.
Critical Analysis and Analytical Thinking Skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Intermediate Power BI.
Have a valid B driving license.
Availability for weekly trips from Monday to Friday, as well as occasional trips of up to 45 days.
Availability to reside in Araçatuba-SP during the development period (Job Rotation) and, subsequently, move to Goiânia-GO.

Differentials:

Knowledge of Solinftec solutions.
Experience in Control Tower management.
Knowledge in Process Improvement.
Knowledge in Agile Methodologies.
