We're looking for a Senior Tester Automation in Brazil to work with one of our international clients!

Requirements:

1. Ability to develop testing strategies and create efficient scripts (manual and automated);
2. Ability to perform exploratory tests and manage bugs effectively;
3. Ability to identify scenarios that can be automated;
4. Ability to report the test progress properly to the squad;
5. Advanced Knowledge in API testing is a must;
6. Advanced Knowledge in Robot Framework is a must;
7. Advanced Knowledge in Salesforce Testing;
8. Advanced Knowledge in BDD and web testing;
9. Knowledge in Java and Python;
10. Knowledge in the usage of GitHub Copilot to speed up test automation development;
11. Advanced English is a must;
12. Agile Methodologies;
13. Knowledge of different testing approaches, such as functional, integration, unit, regression, among others.

Soft Skills:

1. Opening to understand what has been required by the PO;
2. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with coworkers;
3. Clear communication with members of the development team, clients, and stakeholders;
4. Ability to solve problems in a creative and efficient way;
5. Initiative and proactivity to seek solutions and improvements;
6. Ability to work independently and self-manage;
7. Ability to quickly adapt to changes;
8. Organization: ability to plan and organize testing tasks efficiently;
9. Understanding of the product's purpose.
