UI/UX Designer

We seek a highly talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join the design team for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI and UX design, a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

1. Understand business processes within an organization/product.
2. Understand/create user personas and user journeys.
3. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for an organization/product.
4. Collaborate with the product owners to understand technical and business requirements.
5. Support product teams with feature prioritization.
6. Produce high-level prototyping through wireframes.
7. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs can be developed.
8. Complete UI/UX check on the implementation.
9. Help streamline processes and eliminate redundancies.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Must be able to work independently.
3. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
4. Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
6. Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tool Figma.
