Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with a strong focus on Angular to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications, ensuring exceptional performance, scalability, and user experience. This position involves mentoring developers, leading frontend initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain Angular-based web applications.
2. Develop reusable and scalable UI components.
3. Optimize frontend performance and debug complex issues.
4. Maintain and improve the frontend architecture.
5. Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Experience with micro UIs or micro frontend architecture.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience building and deploying large-scale, enterprise-grade web applications.

Core Technical Skills

1. Proficiency with Angular (versions 8+ preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
3. Experience with RxJS and reactive programming.
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend systems.
5. Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress.
6. Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting).

Soft Skills

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
4. Leadership qualities for mentoring developers.
5. Experience conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
6. Lead frontend development initiatives and establish best practices.
7. Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

1. Familiarity with Webpack, Angular CLI, or other build tools.
2. Familiarity with version control systems like Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
3. Experience using task management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
4. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
5. Basic understanding of Docker or containerized environments.

Collaboration

1. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs seamlessly.
2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional interfaces.
3. Communicate with product managers to align development efforts with business needs.
