At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design and development of robust applications utilizing React and Node, while applying Event Driven Architecture (EDA) and AWS. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations, playing a crucial role in our mission of transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy software applications using React and Node.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design, implement, test, and document software solutions.
• Monitor, track, and communicate project status effectively.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must-have Skills:
• Proficiency in React, Node, Event Driven Architecture, AWS, and SQL.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).

• Nice-to-have Skills:
• Familiarity with Go, NoSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
