At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Squad Lead / Project Manager to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
As a Senior Squad Lead / Project Manager, you will orchestrate the delivery of high-quality projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams through agile methodologies. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering a product mindset within the team. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and drive continuous improvement, making a significant impact on our projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the use of best practices and tools according to agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Measure productivity, quality, and effectiveness metrics, as well as the product's business impact.
• Daily monitor activities with the development/engineering and product teams, ensuring backlog and roadmap management, as well as possible negotiations with the client.
• Propose process improvements and establish interactions between teams.
• Promote the sustainability and evolution of the agile mindset.
• Manage risks and roadmaps, handling problem management and focusing on delivery quality to the client.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must-have Skills:
• Utilize data and metrics to ensure delivery value.
• Knowledge of upstream and downstream processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Product mindset.
• Experience with IT Project Management.
• Good communication skills, as you will work closely with the client's Technical Product Owner.
• English B2+ proficiency.
• Nice-to-have Skills:
• Experience in Azure DevOps.
• Experience in developing digital products.
• Experience in Product Management.
• Experience in Event Driven Solutions.
