Hi, this is Veronica from CI&T! I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Junior Android Developer to work in a project in the Food and Beverage Sector.

We are seeking a proactive and communicative Junior Android Developer to join our team on a project focused on redesigning a website for the US market, primarily in the Food and Beverage E-commerce sector. As part of our team split into four dynamic groups, you'll contribute to delivering innovative app features and improvements.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver innovative features and improvements.
2. Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
3. Ensure the application is responsive across a range of Android devices and OS versions.
4. Write and maintain unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior team members.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and propose innovative solutions.
7. Document code and development processes for knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements for this challenge:

1. Previous experience as an Android Developer with a portfolio of Android applications.
2. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with an international team.
3. At least 1 or 2 years of experience in Android SDK, Kotlin, and Android Studio.
4. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
