We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and analyzing requirements for the modernization of an existing application. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and capture detailed business requirements for the application modernization.
2. Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and document requirements.
3. Develop and document use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

1. Solid experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on capturing requirements for application modernization or similar projects.
2. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
3. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.
4. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, use case modeling, and requirements management tools.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
9. A proactive and continuous learning mindset.
10. Advanced English.
