Mission~

Support for users of the division's computer network.

Responsibilities~

• Analysis and operation of computer network and server maintenance routines, such as backups, administrative-technical tasks, checklists and formal procedures in the IT area;
• Support in the implementation of procedures and system projects, aligned with the guidelines of the division, the Valeo group, as well as ITCENTER and National Management;
• Monitoring service providers to ensure the execution of the activities mentioned above, when applicable;
• Support in the execution of the IT department's mission, also aiming at workplace safety, division information and respect for NTICS and the environment.
• Applying the procedures and work instructions of the Management System (applicable to the activity), ensuring compliance with standards.
  
  

Requirements~

• Completed Barchelor Degeree
• Availability to work on site 3 times per week
• Advanced English Level
• Previous experience working as IT Support
