We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst who wants to learn and transform their career. In this role you will:
- Provide second-level investigation and diagnosis (physically on Customer’s site)
- Ensure tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) of End user hardware (Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, desk phones, meeting room devices, etc.)
- Communicate with clients regarding incident progress
- Coordinate activities with third parties to resolve IT issues or complete service requests
- Assist Server Team & network team whenever touch support is required onsite for servers in local server rooms or NW devices at site
- Maintain server room inventories, room layout, and assets list
- Ensure off-hours presence in case of scheduled maintenance

- Strong work ethic, combined with the ability to work independently
- Strong hands-on experience (H/W and S/W) – Laptops/Desktops, Mobile devices, and printers
- Good knowledge of Win 10 / Win 11, software installation, and troubleshooting
- Background experience in IT Support (Computers, Mobile phones, and iPads)
- Good analytical and coordination skills are essential

- Clear and strong customer focus and relationship
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of server and network equipment
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize
- Ability to perform in adverse situations
