Job Description

We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join Wildlife's CORPORATE TECHNOLOGY team in Brasil in a hybrid mode (1 week per month at the office).

As a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, you will manage and sustain our corporate tech solutions operation that includes on-prem services, AWS cloud services, and applications. You will lead, design, and deploy project and operational tasks to sustain, improve, or transform our current solutions consumed by the internal workforce. For this role, you'll work in Hybrid Cloud solutions with AWS environment, Identity management with Okta, credential and domain management with Active Directory and Azure AD, Google Workspace governance, Google security features, Endpoint management, application packaging with Workspace One, SaaS governance and solutions, application management/governance for Perforce Helix Core, Render Farm, Design and 3D applications, storage systems, backup routines, and tools. This position plays a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet customer demands in a cost-efficient manner. It is highly important to bring not only a good technical background, but also excellent communication skills. The right person for this position is a hard-working individual who possesses superb interpersonal skills and is passionate about delivering end-to-end customer-driven solutions and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage AWS hybrid solutions including On-Prem services and its infrastructure;
• Sustain backup process for all solutions including AWS, On-Prem Storages, and SaaS applications;
• Manage all company endpoint devices, their compliance, app packaging, and patching with WorkspaceOne;
• Review, design, and deploy AWS solutions improvement looking for cost-efficiency;
• Sustain and maintain Perforce environment, servers health, depots, and data;
• Sustain Identity Management ecosystem including Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and Okta;
• Maintain services with high availability and performance;
• Analyze, research, and deploy new required solutions to meet internal demands;
• Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews;
• Monitor and manage all solutions provided internally, taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand;
• Collaborate with colleagues to oversee, monitor, and sustain network solutions, including internet circuits, firewalls, routers, switches, and access point ecosystems;
• Lead small negotiations and manage vendors/partners services and lead issue resolution with IT suppliers, IT services, facilities services, and providers;

Minimum Requirements

• Educated to degree level preferred but not essential;
• Proven track record in an infrastructure management role;
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure;
• Familiarity with AWS services;
• Experience with Workspace One;
• Knowledge of Google Workspace;
• Experience with Perforce is a plus;
• Team player but able to work independently to meet deadlines;
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail;
• Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change;
• Drive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a 'can do' attitude;
