Closely track technical activities with vendors to ensure projects and recurrent activities guarantee proper governance and services under agreed thresholds.
Work collaboratively with Senior Managers from other areas in IT to ensure stakeholder and customer requirements are met.
Proactively seek opportunities to organize IT services to improve business operations in collaboration with other areas.
Establish effective relationships across the business and tech structure/matrix to ensure better engagement and improve the quality and effectiveness of deployment.
