Responsibilities
- Globally responsible for MES User requirements, solutions rollout, support, user training, vendor management, and system life cycle management.
- Design, Author, Develop and Configure MES Modules.
- Implement MES solutions and integrate with SAP, LIMS, PIMS and Control Equipment.
- Work closely with Business Units to define and translate user requirements into system functionality.
- End-to-end responsibility for MES deployment projects. Plan, lead and support MES deployment projects.
- Able to lead design, development, documentation and implementation of MES.
- Responsible for the strategic evaluation and improvement of the service/product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Responsible for delivering support/maintenance services according to agreed service levels and defined KPIs.
- Analyze the information requirements and information flows required to support better processes.
- Identify process waste and improve within given application to ensure better data quality/connectivity.
- Leading & managing multi-discipline projects following structured project execution methodologies like Agile/Scrum, Prince2, Waterfall, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
- Language fluency in English and Portuguese (interviews will be in both languages).
- Workplace in São Paulo/SP (Santo Amaro) with home office policy available.
- Minimum 3 years experience in AVEVA model-driven MES, OT architecture and technologies, preferably with experience as System Integrator.
- Knowledge in ERP Production planning and execution, logistics and maintenance. Preference will be given to candidates with SAP PP, QM, LE and PM knowledge.
- Experience with Production Scheduling and Optimization, Production Sequencing, Order Execution, Genealogy and Traceability, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), ERP Integration, Production Quality and Automation. Any Statistical Process Control (SPC) experience is a plus.
- Any Warehouse Management experience is a plus.
- Advanced Project Management with international project execution experience.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of chemical manufacturing with process and batch manufacturing.
- Self-directed individual who can work effectively in a team, with effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Database Programming (SQL), C# or VB .NET Programming, Web Programming (JavaScript, CSS, JSON, JQuery, Web API, HTML5, REST API), Report Writing (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Experience in AVEVA PI, OPC, DCS/PLC technologies will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Experience in SAP MII will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
