About the position

We are looking for an IT Analyst I to join our Corporate IT team in our Porto Alegre office. As part of the Corporate IT Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for level technical support, end-user assets life-cycle, and KPIs monitoring. Also, the analyst will contribute with documentation and implementation of processes.

Main challenges

1. Triage, service support and execution of L1 support tickets;
2. Life-cycle management of IT assets for end-users, including provisioning, maintenance, off-boarding, and disposal;
3. KPIs monitoring and follow-up, mainly for service and performance indicators;
4. IT technical support for employees, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction;
5. Documentation and implementation of processes and solutions;
6. Collaboration with other areas for continuous improvement of support services.

Requirements

1. Degree in IT or related courses, complete or still coursing;
2. Experience in ticketing systems, as the ones used in Help Desks;
3. Technical knowledge in macOS systems, both hardware and software;
4. Knowledge of IT processes related to ticket management and assets management;
5. Intermediary proficiency in English.

Differentials

1. Technical Knowledge in Linux systems.
2. ITIL Certification (any).
3. Advanced English.
4. Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
