We are searching for the best talent for IT Manager Manufacturing Site Leader MedTech to be in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
Purpose
Supply Chain BT Product Line organizations (PLs) are responsible for the product line technological direction across segments and serve as a critical point of contact for business and JJT. Individuals in PL organizations work with JJT and Business Leaders to identify and prioritize solutions for their product line and lead all aspects of consistent implementation of these solutions across the business. They will exhibit strong influence and passion for driving the organization towards consistent technology solutions aligned to overall JJT strategy. JJT MAKE Site Leader will be the primary JJT partner for the plant leadership team with overall accountability of plant technology product roadmap, portfolio and investment strategy, aligned to Business Segment and JJT strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Actively lead the Plant Ecosystem as a JJT Site Leader for ownership of local products and work toward redefining to a platform or standard product according to JJT MAKE and segment Vision and Strategy.
- Understand the business needs and priorities.
- Improve return on investment by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value.
- Ensure every local product is mapped to standard product category to drive business value through standardization and optimization.
- Accountable for Cybersecurity/TLM strategy roadmap incorporated into segment product roadmap.
- Possess in-depth knowledge about the business areas supported including their strategies, competitive environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics.
- Drive JJT Site strategy and address customer feedback.
- Responsible for continuous process improvement at the site in both technology and process capabilities.
- Drive collaboration and execution with internal and external partners.
- Own delivery of technology capabilities for the plant. Drive Speed to Value, Agile adoption through high performing teams.
- Own all financial aspects of the portfolio management.
- Accountable for TCO for Product & Services (Plant JJT MAKE TCO).
- Drive overall technology cost optimization in partnership with TS and TS finance.
- SPOC for Site Finance team to ensure proper budgeting for technology plant costs.
- Proactively manage the talent in their area, establishing performance goals and objectives, providing ongoing constructive and formal performance feedback, establishing and implementing development plans, developing and performing compensation plans, coaching staff on performance issues and supporting career plans, and establishing succession plans.
- Talent Leader: A leader and developer of talent; coach and mentor individuals to excel in product management.
- Passionately own and role model diversity, equity & inclusion.
- Track progress of product development and deployment using Agile Release Management.
- Experience in advanced, end-to-end supply chain and emerging information technologies is preferred.
- Experience in lean, six sigma, and business process mapping is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with Site LT/teams & cross-functional teams at different levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science and Technology or equivalent.
- 5 years working experience in the supply chain and/or manufacturing technology.
- 3 years experience in management (supervisor, project manager, etc.).
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
- Experience with GxP requirements and regulations.
- Experience in project execution using Agile / JIRA / rRDM methodology.
