Insight Global is seeking a Lead OT Cyber Security Engineer to join their global OT Cybersecurity Engineering team. The goal of this team is to support several global platforms, solutions, sites, and services. This person will be responsible for one or more of these items to develop, deploy, support, integrate, and demonstratively train activities related to these systems. In order to do so, they will collaborate with the Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring, and ISRM teams.
This role will involve leading one or more global technologies in our OT Security Engineering team, which offers global defense-in-depth security capabilities for IT/OT networks, controls, infrastructure, systems, and applications. Day-to-day, this person will drive the integration and automation between different IT/OT technologies, support OT Cybersecurity workflows, test and validate security controls, generate innovative threat behavior analytics to discover historic and emerging threats, implement detection strategies, and maintain alerts, rules, signatures, configurations, patching, and upgrades.
Additionally, the candidate will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and partners. This will be done remotely from the J&J facility in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with less than 1% of travel expected to local sites.
To be successful, this person will come from a highly dynamic OT automation background, supporting MES and manufacturing platforms (Tanium, Rockwell, Siemens, Hammerson, etc.) in a SIEM environment. They should also be familiar with several OT technologies and environments, understand information security principles and root-cause analysis, and utilize agile frameworks and processes.
Common and practical knowledge of information security management frameworks (NIST, OWASP, SANS, CIS) and test/validation models (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain) will be expected.
This role pays up to $264,000 BR annually.
