Position Overview :

As an Inside Sales Representative at Culinary Digital, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales Director and broader Sales Team in achieving our growth objectives. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, and engaging with potential clients to drive interest in our innovative SaaS solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and support the success of the overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Market Research :
    • Conduct thorough research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the foodservice industry.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations, technological advancements, and competitors to support sales initiatives.
  2. Prospecting and Lead Generation :
    • Identify potential clients in the foodservice sector through targeted research and outreach.
    • Execute effective lead generation strategies, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging digital channels.
  3. Client Engagement :
    • Communicate with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and align them with our solutions.
    • Present Culinary Digital’s value proposition through tailored communications that highlight product benefits.
  4. Relationship Building :
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions from lead generation to onboarding.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets :
    • Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively positioning Culinary Digital’s offerings.
    • Provide accurate and timely updates on leads, opportunities, and forecasted sales performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into client benefits.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a collaborative environment.
