Mission
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and independent Customer Service Representative to handle customer questionnaires on compliance, quality, and product-related topics. You’ll explore areas like environmental regulations (e.g., PFAS, Prop65), quality standards (ISO9001), and ESG, working with legal, quality, and procurement teams to gather and document the required information and reply to our customers and partners.
Toradex’s Brazil office hosts parts of the Global Sales, Marketing and R&D teams, composed of several engineers working on diverse tasks with global reach. Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about product compliance, supplier standards, and regulatory certifications with the help of internal documentation, collaboration with related teams, and the use of AI.
- Maintain a knowledge base about the required information, also used to train and improve AI tools.
- Support the procurement team by reviewing and completing product compliance documents, ensuring supply chain standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, procurement, quality) to source compliance data from suppliers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in serving customers with information, ideally in a technical environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
