Injection Technician

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain & troubleshoot injection machine & auxillary
• Identify and diagnose problems of injection machine & auxiliaries and recommend solutions for correction & preventive measures
• Measure and record data associated with operating machine performance
• Analyze recorded data & log written documentation to monitor performance
• Read blueprints, schematics and diagrams to determine the critical operating parameters of the machine
• Comply and implement Good Manufacturing Practice program
• Submit daily reports related to Injection line production performance
• Perform other tasks as the operational urgency would require
• Promote a safe and healthy production working environment and maintain safe work practices

Qualifications:

1. 2 years minimum experience in PET Plastic Injection or Manufacturing Set Up
2. Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, preferably Licensed
3. Can do electro-mechanical troubleshooting
4. Computer Literate (MS Office)
5. Good Analytical Skills
6. Organizational and Leadership abilities
