Job Description Summary:

Leads a team of employees who manages development projects, development teams and application support functions.

What you will do:

  1. Oversee multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
  2. Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
  3. Analyze applications to ensure that all systems that are developed, meet business needs and specifications.
  4. Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.

Skills:

  1. Information Technology Trends: Knowledge of marketplace experience, developments and trends related to the organization's use of Information Technology (IT); ability to apply knowledge of IT appropriately to benefit the organization.
  2. Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
  3. Talent Management: Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization.
  4. Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.

Basic requirements:

  1. University degree
  2. Pre Advanced English

Top candidates will also have:

  1. Knowledge of tools and platforms to design, develop, implement, and maintain IT systems
  2. Knowledge of Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management and IT Governance
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform - Especially Azure DevOps
  4. Experiences with innovation processes and emerging technologies
  5. Experience with people management
  6. Experience with project management - PMO and Agile
