Implementation Specialist

Enghouse is looking for a highly qualified Implementation Specialist to implement MDM advanced solutions, working with NAVITA MDM and MAAS360. You will need deep technical knowledge in MDMs, Python, and Java programming experience and robust abilities in REST APIs to enrich and expand the functionalities of our systems. This position needs advanced English knowledge for international project management and technical documentation search. This is a Remote position at São Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and configure MDM solutions to attend to our client’s needs in a personalized manner.
2. Develop and integrate complex functionalities using Python, Java, and other necessary programming languages.
3. Utilize REST APIs to connect and amplify our MDM systems capabilities.
4. Integrate MDM systems with directory solutions like AD and Azure AD to manage identity and access.
5. Configure assets monitoring tools to ensure efficiency and safety of managing devices.
6. Offer N3 technical support for complex questions that require a deeper understanding of the systems.
7. Conduct technical research to always offer new solutions and functionalities to the clients.
8. Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with international standards, including information security and LGPD.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. University degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar areas.
2. Recognized certifications in REST APIs and Android Enterprise.
3. Advanced knowledge in authentication and authorization practices, like OAuth and JWT.
4. Experience with RESTful architecture and logical programming in Python and Java.
5. English proficiency for technical communication and international project management.
6. Familiarity with tools like GitHub for version control and project collaboration.
