Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team. Qualified candidates will lead projects technically and functionally.

This role will serve our customers across the LATAM region. It is a full-time position involving a mix of working remotely and limited onsite travel to customers when this service is required. The successful candidate should reside in Brazil.

1. In this role, you will frequently interact with customers.
2. Participate in the complete project implementation cycle.
3. Execute workshops demonstrating EcoSys and gathering definitions.
4. Work directly with clients to create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned).
5. Design solutions by analyzing requirements and estimating the effort required to build the deliverables.
6. Apply analytical and technical thinking focused on delivering solutions to customer workflow implementation issues, identifying alternatives, and providing recommendations.
7. Work with technical configuration & integration teams, providing technical/functional support to the team as well as developing configurations and customizing within our software EcoSys.
8. Lead preparation of testing scripts and materials; support and perform unit and integrated testing.
9. Work with the team to develop EcoSys specific training and execute or coordinate training for client users.
10. Possess strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Education / Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical disciplines is required.
2. Experience in sectors such as Mining, Oil and Gas, Construction, Engineering industries, and IT Consulting. Minimum of 10 years.
3. Experience using and implementing software packages such as ERP, scheduling, and cost control software.
4. Experience with Execution and Project Control.
5. Knowledge of project management methodologies; certifications are a plus.
6. Knowledge of software implementation approaches, waterfall and agile.
7. Experience with software tools such as P6, Microsoft Project, Aconex, SAP / Oracle ERP, Oracle Unifier, Power BI, or similar.
8. Basic proficiency with database systems (Oracle, SQL Server), SQL Statements.
9. Basic programming knowledge in Visual Basic, .Net, Java.
10. Basic integration knowledge of APIs / ETL.
11. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
12. Ability to lead in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
13. Ability to manage client expectations.
14. Self-learning ability.
15. Required languages: Advanced Portuguese and intermediate/basic Spanish. Desirable: English is a plus.
