What you will do:

  1. Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, providing guidance on HR policies and practices, and fostering a culture of employee engagement and development.
  2. Collaborate with management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  3. Align HR policies and programs for their business unit or region to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  4. Act as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
  5. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities, developing data-driven recommendations for senior management.
  6. Lead a team of HR professionals to collaborate effectively with other Centers of Excellence.

  1. Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts and processes for sound decision-making.

  3. Influencing: Ability to impact decisions within and outside the organization.
  4. Human Resources & Leadership Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches and leadership practices.

What you will have:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree; previous experience in leadership positions.
  • Language: Pre-advanced English required.

What You May Have:

Previous experience in HR positions.

Additional Information:

Travel requirement: less than 10% of the time.
