1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role.
3. Proficiency in using HubSpot’s marketing hub and related functionalities.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
6. HubSpot certifications are a plus.
7. Familiarity with related marketing tools and CRMs is desirable.
8. Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns within HubSpot.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring strategies.
3. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing HubSpot's analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
4. Maintain and segment contact databases to ensure personalized and targeted communication strategies.
5. Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content tailored for automated campaigns.
6. Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other marketing or sales tools.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and HubSpot functionalities.
