1. Develop and implement global HSE strategies.
2. Set and enforce global HSE standards and practices.
3. Ensure compliance with international safety regulations.
4. Propose risk mitigation solutions and drive continuous improvement.
5. Manage global training, audits, and inspections.
6. Champion continuous HSE improvement for zero harm.
7. Conduct audits and inspections to meet HSE rules and standards.
8. Foster relationships with safety and ESG communities.
