Job Description

What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced HR Digital Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative Time & Attendance and Payroll solutions for the South American Countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, with specific expertise in simplifying processes and implementing digital solutions in the areas of time tracking, attendance management, and payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute the product vision and strategy for HR technology solutions, focusing on Time & Attendance and Payroll applications for the South American Countries.
  2. Lead the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on market needs and business value.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, digital, and vendors, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  4. Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the South American HR technology landscape.
  5. Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs.
  6. Oversee the integration of Time & Attendance systems with Payroll software to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
  7. Implement automated time-tracking systems to reduce errors and save time in payroll processing.
  8. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding working hours and overtime across South American countries.
  9. Monitor product performance and user metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
  10. Lead and participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. 12+ years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on HR technology solutions.
  3. Deep domain expertise in payroll, time & labor management, and human capital management systems.
  4. Strong understanding of the Latin American HR technology market and workforce dynamics.
  5. Experience working with cloud-based HR solutions and implementing digital transformation initiatives.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly solutions.
  7. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  8. Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese; additional language skills are a plus.
  9. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
