As HR Specialist, you will play a key role in meeting the needs of the business areas. You will be the key point of contact for managers, assisting in people management processes and ensuring the application of people policies and practices that are in line with business needs and corporate assumptions.

What you will do:

  • Manage the HR Operations process (payroll, benefits, hiring, terminations, vacations)
  • Support ENPS, performance evaluation and feedback processes, identifying improvement and development opportunities.
  • Support resolving workplace conflicts and issues, applying appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Develop and manage HR KPI's (turnover, absenteeism, training);
  • Collaborate with Onboarding program for DOVER companies;
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end;
  • Develop and implement communication, talent attraction and retention strategies.
  • Manage the Competency and Training Matrix in partnership with EHS;
  • Responsible for maintaining access for outsourced contractors in SAP;
  • Support in ISO9001 audit processes.

What you need to have:

  • Education: Administration, HR Management, or related areas.
  • Experience in HR Operations (payroll, benefits, time attendance) is mandatory.
  • Experience with Union agreements and labor legislation is preferred.
  • Experience in Talent acquisition/recruitment and talent management are a plus.
  • Skills in Process and project management are a plus.
  • Soft skills: initiative, innovation, interpersonal relationships, influence, and customer focus.
  • SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge are a plus.
  • Advanced English.
  • Availability to work in Itupeva 2x month.
