HR SENIOR SPECIALIST-JANDIRA

Support Human Resources in general functions, ensuring and optimizing the proper application of Human Resources & OHSE policies and procedures.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure proper analysis, update and compliance with policies and procedures within the Human Resources department and the areas under its purview.
• Carry out tasks requested by the HR Manager. Depending on the specialization/needs, the focus will be on recruitment, training, development, administration, labor relations.
• Collaborate/lead specific projects related to Human Resources department.
• Collaborate/coordinate processes with external partners.
• Coordinate and monitor indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of the actions using the HR management tools (SuccessFactors, Hispins, Clocking, etc.).
• Lead the reporting according to the main KPIs of the area e.g. headcount, absenteeism, etc. if requested.
• Carry out a variety of general administrative tasks related to Human Resource procedures.
• Monitor and manage external customers in the plant.
• Provide support and collaborate on local and corporate audits.
• Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
• Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

Languages:

Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar position

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Additional training:

Knowledge of human resources management technique, workplace law or job market would be of additional value.
