HR Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The HR Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Duties:

1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
3. Source potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
7. Conduct reference and background checks.
8. Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
10. Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records and reports.
11. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
12. Assist in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
13. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Experience:

1. Previous experience in recruiting or HR sourcing is preferred.
2. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
